Kanah Info Tech ("Kanah Info Tech," "we," "us," or "our") builds SaaS products, custom software and end-to-end IT systems. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit kanahinfotech.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us — for example, by submitting our contact form or exploring our services.

This Policy covers the website. It doesn't cover the separate agreements, statements of work, or data-processing terms we enter into with clients when we actually deliver an engagement — those are governed by that engagement's own contract.

Information you provide directly: your name, email address, company and the message you send us through the contact form. Anything else you volunteer when you email us or otherwise reach out directly.

Information collected automatically: when you browse the Site, standard technical information is collected — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and which pages you view and when. This comes from ordinary web server logs and, only where you've allowed it, analytics tools.

Cookies: we use cookies to run the Site and, only with your permission, to understand how it's used. The first time you visit, you're asked to accept, reject, or customize which categories apply — Necessary (required for the Site to work, always on), Analytics (helps us understand how visitors use the Site, off until you turn it on) and Marketing (would measure campaign effectiveness, off until you turn it on). We use the information above to respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form, operate, maintain and improve the Site, understand aggregate usage patterns (only with Analytics consent), and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only with: service providers who help run the Site, on our behalf and not for their own purposes; legal authorities, if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request; and a successor entity, if we're ever party to a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — you'd be notified of any change in ownership or use of your information.

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, request a copy of your information in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time for anything based on consent — like Analytics or Marketing cookies.

Kanah Info Tech is based in Erode, India, and these rights are provided consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). If you're located in the UK, EEA, or Switzerland, these rights are additionally provided consistent with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — a fact we, of all companies, take seriously.

The Site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Kanah Info Tech is based in Erode, India, and the service providers we use may process data in other countries. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives a level of protection consistent with this Policy.

The Site links to third-party sites we don't control, including our social profiles. This Policy doesn't apply to those sites — please review their own privacy policies.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
