We provide technology consulting and services including SaaS product development, custom software development, end-to-end IT solutions, technology consulting and application modernization. Descriptions of these services on the Site are informational and don't themselves constitute an offer or a binding service agreement.

These Terms cover your use of the Site itself. Any actual engagement — scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, confidentiality, liability — is governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work between you (or your organization) and Kanah Info Tech, not by these Terms.

When using the Site, you agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or any connected network; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including scanning, scraping, or automated testing not covered by an authorized engagement; use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing; impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation; or use the contact form to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

We take security seriously, in our own work and in what we'd expect of others. If you've found a genuine vulnerability in the Site, we'd rather you told us responsibly at contact@kanahinfotech.com than exploited it.

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, the Kanah Info Tech name and marks, and the underlying design and code — are owned by Kanah Info Tech or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use; you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

The Site links to third-party websites, such as our social media profiles. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
